3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The voucher is intended for one-time use for one reserved stay and also allows for multiple uses in the spa services and hotel restaurants during the ongoing stay.

If the order value exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer can pay the remaining amount using available payment methods.

The voucher is owned by and issued by Sheraton Sopot Hotel. Copies of the voucher will not be accepted, it cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or other products and services. The voucher owner is required to present it when redeeming the service. The expiration date of the voucher is indicated above.
