2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The voucher is owned and issued by Sheraton Sopot Hotel and Sea Soul Spa. Copies of the voucher will not be accepted, it cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or other products and services. The owner of the voucher is required to present it when using the service. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. All services are subject to availability and require prior reservation. The voucher is valid only at Sheraton Sopot Hotel and Sea Soul Spa.
